1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you would like to return a Rhuka product, you must contact our clinical support team within 90 days of delivery to request a return.

How to initiate your return:

Please note: We do not process return requests via phone call or voice message to ensure all clinical inquiries are documented.

The Process:

  1. Shipment: Place the item in its original box or a secure mailer and send it.

  2. Processing: Once our warehouse receives and inspects your package, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  3. Posting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

Important Conditions:

  • Standard Returns: For a full refund outside of our guarantee, items MUST be unopened with the clinical seal completely intact.

  • Proper Routing: Rhuka is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses without an authorized return slip.

  • Undelivered Shipments: If a package is returned as undeliverable, you may choose a full refund or a one-time complimentary reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your serum arrives with a broken seal, a leaking bottle, or structural damage to the packaging, contact us immediately. We will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or an immediate replacement once the damaged unit is received.
